In the past the Russian Bolonka (also known as the French Bolonka or the Bolonka Franszuskiaya), were considered an Italian Bolognese. The Russian dog Tsventnaya Bolonka is a small animal created with local generations from Moscow and St. Peterburtgo. The breed was created from hybrids of Lhasa-Apso, Toy Poodoes, Shi-Tzu, French Bolognese and Pekingese as well as small mestizos with fluffy fur.

General aspect

The Russian Bolonka Tsvetnaya is an always happy and active dog that comes in a surprising variety of colors that include cream, beige, brown, orange, black, gray / white and black / gray, with all the types of shades. An excessive amount of white is not accepted. The coat is soft to the touch, soft and wavy.


They are easy to manage, not easily excitable, they are wonderful companions of children and adults. They live in friendship with other animals, showing little aggression even if they are attacked. They bind easily and inextricably to their owners, alert themselves in the event of danger when approaching.
